Shipping & Delivery

Owlparts use APC, TNT or Royal Mail for all UK Mainland Deliveries.

All orders received before 4pm will be delivered next day. Owlparts offer as standard a Next Day Delivery Service throughout most of mainland UK on all orders. Owls Standard Next Day Delivery Service is charged at a flat rate of £10.00 for any size of order to the majority of the UK for items in stock under the total amount of £150. Certain Highland post codes do however attract an additional premium please contact us for details. Premium timed deliveries are also available, please ring for details. Any order over £150 will be sent carriage free but not including any Highland premium .

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

For items weighing under 2kg we will normally send via Royal Mail (recorded) - options will be available during checkout from £5. If you require confirmation of the weight of the item before purchasing then please check the weight listed when your chosen part is in checkout basket or you can call us on 07837054606 where we will be happy to help.

The maximum dimensions for rectangular items are 610mm x 460mm x 460mm

The maximum length for rolled or cylindrical items is 900mm, and the length plus twice the item diameter must be no more than 1040mm

APC & TNT

For all orders over 2kg Owlparts uses APC or TNT. They are extremely reliable couriers who guarantee next day delivery. Owlparts can confirm the Tracking Reference so shipments can be tracked online if requested.

Collection may be possible from our warehouse but is subject to our agreement only. We also offer a same day courier service as well. Please contact us with details of your request for a quote.
